1. Acceptance

Vyranto is a trading name of JKF Commerce, registered in the Netherlands at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under KvK 92785379. By creating an account or installing the extension, you agree to these terms. Don't agree? Don't use the service.

2. What Vyranto is

Vyranto is a research and import tool for e-commerce: it collects publicly available product data from Shopify stores, AliExpress, Amazon, Temu, 1688, and the Meta Ad Library. Vyranto does not sell products itself and is not a middleman for sales, payment, or fulfillment.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for what you do with imported product data. Respect copyright, trademark, and the terms of source platforms. We don't provide legal advice; consult a lawyer if you're unsure.

4. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime from the account menu; access continues until the end of your current period. No refunds for partial periods.

5. Liability

Vyranto is provided "as-is". We are not liable for loss of data, revenue, or indirect damages resulting from the use of the service. Liability is always limited to the subscription amount you paid in the past 12 months.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse (spam, illegal, inappropriate). You get 30 days to export your data unless serious abuse is involved.

7. Governing law

Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
