1. Who we are

Vyranto ("we", "us") provides a browser extension and SaaS dashboard for product research and e-commerce import. Vyranto is a trading name of JKF Commerce, registered in the Netherlands at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under KvK 92785379. Contact: info@vyranto.com.

2. What data we collect

  • Account data: email address, securely hashed password, subscription status.
  • Saved products and ads: titles, descriptions, images, and prices you actively save.
  • Shopify store connections: shop domain and OAuth access token, stored in an access-controlled database, encrypted in transit over HTTPS, and used solely to push products you ask us to push.
  • Usage statistics: aggregates like number of saves, not linked to individuals.

3. Shopify data specifically

You connect a Shopify store either through Vyranto's OAuth install (you type your shop domain, then approve the install on Shopify's standard permissions screen) or by pasting an Admin API access token from a custom app you create yourself inside your own Shopify Admin. Either way, the integration is scoped to exactly four permissions — read_products, write_products, read_inventory, write_inventory. We don't read customer data, orders, or staff data. When you disconnect a store inside Vyranto, your access token is immediately erased on our side. You can additionally uninstall or revoke the integration inside Shopify Admin at any moment.

4. Third-party platforms

The extension fetches product data from Shopify stores, AliExpress, Amazon, Temu, and 1688 that you actively visit. Vyranto does not send any data to these platforms.

5. How long we keep data

Account data while your account is active + 30 days after deletion. Saved products/ads until you delete them.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, deletion, and data portability. Email info@vyranto.com with requests; we respond within 30 days.

7. Chrome extension specifics

Our Chrome extension uses these Chrome APIs solely for the extension's single purpose (surfacing real ad-library metrics and importing products into your Vyranto library / connected Shopify stores):

  • storage — caches your session token, tier, and ad-metadata locally so the popup loads fast without re-fetching every open.
  • activeTab — reads the current product or collection page only when you click "Import" in the popup. No background tab access.
  • notifications — desktop alerts when a tracked advertiser launches a fresh ad, only after you click "Follow" on that advertiser.
  • host_permissions on facebook.com — adds the metric-badge to ads on the official Meta Ad Library pages.
  • host_permissions on amazon.* / aliexpress.* / temu.com / 1688.com — reads visible product-page content when you click "Import this product" in the popup.
  • host_permissions on api.vyranto.com — our own backend API (auth, library sync, Shopify push).

8. Anonymous shared ad pool

Vyranto operates a shared, anonymous pool of public advertisements that powers the Pro-tier Daily Winners Feed. When you browse the Meta Ad Library while signed in to Vyranto, the same public ad metadata that already appears in your own library (advertiser page name, ad creative thumbnail, public copy excerpt, runtime, score, country and language) is also written to a shared pool. The pool contains only data that is already publicly visible on the source Ad Library page and is fully de-identified — it carries no information about which user contributed which ad. By creating a Vyranto account you agree to participate in this pool. You can opt out at any time in Account → Privacy; opting out stops future contributions but does not retroactively remove past ones, since we cannot tell which entries in the pool came from your sessions.

9. Limited use disclosure

Vyranto's use of information received through Chrome Web Store APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell user data, do not transfer it for advertising, and do not use it for any purpose unrelated to providing or improving Vyranto.

10. Sub-processors

We rely on a small number of GDPR-compliant sub-processors for hosting, billing and transactional email delivery. Each is bound by a Data Processing Agreement and processes only the minimum data needed for their function. A current list is available on request via info@vyranto.com.

11. Changes

We may change this policy; the date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes are announced by email to active subscribers.
