How do I connect my Shopify store? +
Go to Account in the dashboard, scroll to Shopify stores and click + Connect store. Enter your your-store.myshopify.com domain. You'll be redirected to Shopify to confirm access. After that you can push products directly from Vyranto to your catalogue.
Can Vyranto see my Shopify customers? +
No. Vyranto only requests scopes for products and inventory (read_products, write_products, read_inventory, write_inventory). Customer data, orders, and checkout data remain inaccessible to us.
How do I import a product from AliExpress / Amazon / Temu? +
Open the product page in your browser, click the Vyranto icon in the Chrome toolbar, and click Import this product. The product will appear in your Vyranto library; from there you can edit and push it to your connected Shopify store.
My Shopify push didn't work — what now? +
First check if the store is still connected on the Account page. If it is, reload the dashboard and try again. Still not working? Email info@vyranto.com with the product name and your shop domain.
Can I delete my data? +
Yes. Open Account → Session → Delete account (coming soon) or email support. On request, we wipe all your data within 30 days.
